Naranga Kizhi (Jambeera pinda sweda) is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy from Kerala, used to treat cervical Spondylosis, frozen joints, and musculoskeletal pain. It belongs to the Pinda Sweda (hot bolus fomentation) category. In this treatment, lemons are chopped, mixed with herbal powders and medicated oils, warmed, and tied into a bolus. After gentle oil massage (Abhyanga), the heated bolus is applied to the whole body or affected areas.
